We live the results of our last action.

Just do the next right thing.

do we need more instruction than this?

susan: Born in the 1960's in Michigan, I have spent most of my life in Utah, for which I am grateful. In fact, my life is firmly rooted in gratitude, and my cycling brings that home to me every day I ride.
